What Can I Expect?
Nurses and other dedicated health care professionals give so much of themselves, their time, compassion, expertise, skills and resources to those in need in the midst of a demanding and often chaotic healthcare environment. As a result, these nurses, and other dedicated health care providers, find themselves at risk for burnout, compassion fatigue or breakdowns in effective team continuity, which can create costly health and emotional challenges and also gaps in expertise and caring. Preventable medical errors are now the third-leading cause of death in the US.
Join us on October 21st, in Greensboro, NC for a live conference! Get continuing education credits as you discover how to recover from and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue, while you learnProject Nightingale’s 15 Universal Laws of Teamwork in the most lively and interactive setting. Coupled with acapella music, breakfast, lunch and an evening reception, experience a continuing education conference like you’ve never experienced before.
